After receiving his license in 2017, Tommy was quick to establish himself as a true real estate professional under the mentorship of his grandmother June Evanoff as well as his mother Janis Evanoff… Safe to say, real estate runs in the family. Once Tommy was a licensed realtor, he already had a distinguished comprehension of the mortgage approval process having been a residential real estate appraiser. Through this first-hand experience, Tommy is adept at guiding clients seamlessly through all facets of their real estate journey. Tommy’s energetic passion for life has translated into his professional career by being the hardest worker in the room.
