John Evanoff

I embarked on my Real Estate career in 1988 after spending 5 years in corporate sales and realizing that working for a large corporation was not for me! I was recently married and had just purchased my first home when I decided to leave the comforts or the corporate world. It was a very risky move but I’m sure that’s what gave me the drive to succeed! I started selling Real Estate full time in June of 1988 with Royal LePage. I spent my first 12 years selling with Royal LePage and learning the ropes. Royal LePage had an excellent training program, which I took complete advantage of. This helped me to become a Top Producer year after year! On January 1 2000, I decided to leave Royal Lepage and began working at June Evanoff Real Estate Ltd with my mother at the helm as Broker of Record. At that time the company consisted of my mother June, my sister Janis and myself. Needless to say, we were an extremely productive little company servicing our client base with a professional, hands on approach! Fast forward to 2014, a year of big change for our family run business. June decided to retire and I took it upon myself to become Broker of Record for Evanoff Real Estate Ltd! Since that time we have added another 4 agents and expanded our service area to include not only the GTA & Durham Region but also The City Of Kawartha Lakes!
