Nicole Evanoff & Jennifer Curtin, also known in the City of Kawartha Lakes as “Kawartha Team Twin”. Nicole & Jenn have always had the passion to be entrepreneurs and at the age of 17 they did exactly that! They were hand picked to travel across Ontario running a very successful Downhill Ski Business known as “Twin Peaks”. That position led the girls to have the knowledge they would need to be successful and well rounded Business Women. They gained the knowledge of customer service and hard work. Their team work was effective and they had the same goals. Where you would find Jenn, you would also find Nicole right beside her, they have been an inseparable pair & some might say Double Trouble! They come by this honestly! At the age of 19 they both attempted their Real Estate license while attending Trent University full time, in the hopes of becoming School Teachers. Timing wasn’t right & Real Estate became nothing more than a distant dream. Let’s not forget, their favourite pastime as kids was to be chauffeured to many, many Open. Houses! Real Estate was a passion from a very young age. Nicole would go on to purchase and run a very successful Property Maintenance Company in the Kawartha Lakes & Jenn would go on to Marry and start a Family. Fun fact! Nicole knew Jenn was pregnant with her first baby before she knew it! It’s a twin thing! Fast forward to today, Nicole has been a full time Licensed Realtor since 2017 and became a successful Broker in 2023. Nicole has aspirations to one day run and carry on the family Real Estate Business. Jenn, is a full time Realtor and Mom of three who has also been a licensed since 2017 and is the mastermind behind juggling the daily to-do’s in Real Estate. Together Nicole and Jenn form an unwavering, successful Team in Real Estate. To say their dreams have come true would be an understatement. It truly is a privilege for them to not only do life together but to also run a successful team in Real Estate under Evanoff Real Estate Ltd.
