June Evanoff
June Evanoff’s real estate career began with Young & Biggin in the year 1972. Young & Biggin was a well-known real estate brokerage located in Central Toronto. After six years with the company, Young & Biggin was purchased by A.E. LePage which eventually became Royal LePage Real Estate Services following a merger with Royal Trust’s Real Estate brokerage, where she worked as a salesperson until 1988. In 1988, LePage had offered June a management position to oversee their head office branch in Scarborough, Ontario. A mother of five children, June decided that a management role would suit her lifestyle much better and took the job running the branch until 1995. In 1997, after two years away from the work force, June decided she missed real estate and started her own brokerage named Evanoff Real Estate. June transacted as the Broker of Record up until 2012 when she finally decided it was time to retire at 82 years old. June’s illustrious real estate career spanned 40 years and saw her achieve many awards and accolades along the way, including:
- Top 10 Ontario LePage salesperson 10 years in a row (1978 – 1988)
- Top 3 Ontario LePage salesperson 4 years in a row (1982 – 1986)
- 7th ranked Top Producing LePage salesperson in all of Canada (1983)
June Evanoff often referred to as Nana is happily retired and enjoys Sunday dinners at her house where she often talks real estate with the three generations of family that now work for Evanoff Estate Brokerage.
