Kathlene

Kathlene Katic joins Kawartha Team Twin, Evanoff Real Estate, from a special education background, serving the Trillium Lakelands District School Board with a master’s degree and multiple specialist qualifications. As a first generation Canadian, she attributes her work ethic and core principals of respect, integrity, trust, and care on the foundations that her grandparents built for their family in Toronto and in the Kawartha Lakes. Cottaging with her family on Balsam Lake since the early 90s, Kathlene always knew she wanted to serve the community that she loved. Throughout the process of purchasing her first home with Kawartha Team Twin, she became passionate about real estate, and was inspired to help other home buyers also achieve their dreams. Kathlene is passionate about building relationships, employing a caring, honest, and compassionate approach while serving clients. She’s excited to provide a variety of perspectives and a nuanced approach to helping clients achieve their major real estate milestones, while working toward specializing in residential cottage country and recreational waterfront properties.
